Boil water
Squeeze lemon into cup of hot water

Side Effects of Lemon Water:
Lemon juice is potentially dangerous to
be consumed WITHOUT Salt and Hot water.
The possible threats could be,
Increased acidity that erodes tooth enamel & causes tooth sensitivity.
To limit the risk, drink lemon water through a straw, and rinse your mouth afterwards.
The acidic citric acid may stimulate heartburn in some people, where Others may experience relief from heartburn since lemons become alkaline in the digestive tract.
If lemons aggravate your heartburn, avoid drinking lemon water.
Frequent urination in few cases. (to be compensated with higher water intake.
B. Ginger for life

Preparation: (per head)

Add jaggerry as required (usually 1 tbspoon) and boil for 30 seconds.
Switch off the flame and squeeze lemon over the mixture (usually ¼ lemon per head).
Filter and enjoy a hot, healthy, refreshing and curative drink everyday!
You may preferably have this twice a day or thrice in case of need to ease any of the health issues mentioned in ‘Benefits’.

Put off the flame and add a spoon of jaggery.
Enjoy the soothing and curative drink before bed-time as the last one to consume.
Stop consumption once you feel better and out of your flu-symptoms.
